Non-Circumvention Agreement
Please read and sign below. This is a legally binding agreement.
Platform Non-Circumvention & Liquidated Damages
For any client (family or individual) you are introduced to through the Tend Health platform, all bookings and payments must be conducted through Tend Health for a period of 24 months from your first introduction.
You agree not to:
- Accept payment directly from a client you met through Tend Health
- Arrange services with a Tend Health client outside the platform
- Share your personal contact info with a client to bypass the platform
Breach of this agreement results in liquidated damages of CAD $5,000 per occurrence, plus immediate account termination. This is a genuine pre-estimate of harm to Tend Health's business, not a penalty.
