4. Non-Circumvention Agreement

Platform Non-Circumvention & Liquidated Damages

By joining Tend Health, you agree that for any client (family or individual) you are introduced to through the Tend Health platform, all bookings and payments must be conducted through Tend Health for a period of 24 months from your first introduction.

You agree not to:

  • Accept payment directly from a client you met through Tend Health
  • Arrange services with a Tend Health client outside the platform
  • Share your personal contact info with a client to bypass the platform

Breach of this agreement results in liquidated damages of CAD $5,000 per occurrence, plus immediate account termination. This is a genuine pre-estimate of harm to Tend Health's business, not a penalty.
